Posting to multiple blogs

  My personal blog is at gbencoleman.wordpress.com and I just built a WP site at http://www.focusaustin.com for my church’s college ministry. Is there a way that select future posts to my personal wodpress.com blog can also show up on the blog of my new site as well?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
