  How can I post stories and blog posts to the different pages on my blog? I have different ‘categories’ as my menu, and I want to be able to post relevant blog posts to the specific menu page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Looks like you got it sorted out. I see categories in your menu linking to your corresponding posts under that category.
