posting to pages
-
Is there a way to have new blog posts show on non-home page pages? I have a created a new secondary page that I would like posts of a specific topic to go to when I add them. I don’t want these specific posts to show on my blog home page. I’ve tried everything I can find and nothing seems to make that happen.

Hi there,
Yes, you can set your post page to something other than your front page by going to Design > Customize > Home Page Settings from your WordPress.com dashboard. Then, under Your homepage displays, click the radio button next to a static page, and select the page you prefer from the dropdown.

Would this still slow me to post to the home page as well or can you only post to a single page?

What I was hoping to do is be able to ‘place’ specific types of reflections on one page and other types on a different page

All posts go to the posts page. That is the way things work. You can create the illusion of posts segregated onto different pages using a menu and category pages. But all posts will continue to go to the posts page too.

No problem – here’s how to set up category links:
