Posting to pages

    I am quite new to WordPress and was wondering if it was possible to create posts that only appear on one page and not also on the page that my posts go to.

    For example: I wanted to do a weekly lesson on learning Mandarin Chinese but if I set a category page then this post will go on the category page and also my posts page. Whereas I only want it to appear on the category page.

    Is there something I can do so that I can set-up a Mandarin page and only post the posts to there?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
