Posting to Pages?
-
I have multiple pages that show up at the top of my home page, and what I want is to have multiple posts within each page. For example, I want to post pictures in one, poetry in another, quotes in another one, and my blog in another.
I have no idea how to do this. I went under Settings > Reading > Static Page > Post Page > and then changed it to whichever one I wanted to post under, but then it just moves ALL my posts onto the same page.
Please help!

Hi there, it sounds like you might want to start putting your posts into categories, and then link to those categories from your menu. Does that sounds right?
For example, Pictures, Poetry, and Quotes can be categories within your blog. When you make a post, you would decide whether it’s a picture, poem, or a quote, and if so, assign it that category.
You can read more about how to add posts to categories in our support page here.
Once you’ve assigned at least one post to each category, you can then create a custom menu, which will replace the default menu that’s currently being displayed.
The benefit of a custom menu is that you can link to many things other than just pages, which is what the default menu links to. You can even link to categories, and here’s how.
I see that you’ve got a few custom menus set up currrently. Those are not being applied to your site right now, because you haven’t yet selected any of them from the Theme Locations box at the top left of your Custom Menus page here:

If you need further help getting this set up after reading through our guides, just let me know and I’d be glad to help.
