Posting to Twitter

Using “Sharing Settings” I’ve dragged and dropped the Twitter icon down to “Enabled Services” but nothing regarding Twitter is added to “Publish” box when I create a new post. I’ve cleared in cache, as was recommended in some forum answers about this topic, but it hasn’t helped.
My goal is to have a Tweet created each time a new post is published on my blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sharing option does not automatically send your posts to twitter.
What you want to set up is “Publicize”.
