Posting Troubles

I feel ridiculous not understanding why this is happening… But when I paste something into the “visual” version it doesn’t get published like I want it to.
For example, every time I start a new line I get this gigantic gap, instead of having one line on top of the other! Or something that is indented when I paste it isn’t indented when I publish it. And when I try to indent one line all of my text gets indented.I tried to fix it in HTML but nothing I do is working.
I have no idea what I’m doing wrong…The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please do NOT paste things into the visual editor. It will mess you up every time. What’s happening is, you’re adding in all kinds of HTML tags you can’t even see, and they’re screwing up your blog.
Take a look at this thread, which explains what’s happening whether you’re pasting from Word or from elsewhere in the Web:
If you MUST paste, you can paste into the HTML editor, which will remove formatting. Then click to the Visual editor and format as you like. That’s safe.

I’m really ignorant when it comes to these things…
I’m not understanding.Even when I do that it’s not giving me what I want.
Even if I hand type every thing, when I hit enter instead of giving me two lines on top of each other I’m getting two lines with a huge gap between. -
Then you will have to give us a link to your blog, starting with http. Basically, we ALWAYS need a link to see what’s going on. Maybe that’s just the way your theme works.
