Posting under specific menu tabs

  I have setup the menus and now I would like to post content under easy tab how can I do that.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have added home, about, marriage, and FERTILITY STRUGGLES to your menu. To add your post in the marriage and fertility struggles section, you must be sure that these are categories, not just the pages.
