Posting Updates

I have created a page on my blog for New York and I want to update that particular page with new information every day. I have just overwritten the page today so it shows updated info but is yesterdays data dead forever??

Or, when I overwrite that page with the latest information, is the older information archived? Will users be able to see older info in archives later?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is this the blog you are talking about http://joora.com/ ?

Pages are static and sit outside the dynamic blog structure. They are designed for content that seldom changes. A classic example is an about page. You cannot put “posts” on static pages.

    Post vs. Page

If you have a page called New York, and you continually replace the old content with new, each time you do that the old content is gone unless you save it in another place.

With blogs, the way that you separate content into different section or subjects is to write posts and use categories. In this case you would create a category called New York and then when you wanted to add information to that category, you would create a new post and assign it to that category. Then when you go to the New York category page, it would list all the posts that you have written and assigned to that category.
