For many many years I have posted on my blog daily by composing in an email and then sending it using a mailing address set up by WordPress many many years ago. A very simple and clean process with no muss or fuss at all. Was not able to post today. I sent the usual morning email and it never posted. I re-sent it. Did not post. Then in the evening I composed the post anew and sent it – never posted. What’s wrong?

Hey there, I checked your status and it looks like we’ve published all that we’ve received — no errors there.
Would you be willing to do a test post with simple content? Use draft status
[status draft]so your site readers won’t see it. Let us know when you’ve done that, and we’ll take a look at your post by email admin again.Oh, and if you’d like to troubleshoot, here are some ideas:
– Regenerate the post by email address so you have a new address to send to. It’s not a bad idea to do that every so often anyway.
– Try emailing from a different address.
If you try either of those options, let us know that, too.

Actually — it looks like that’s just one person in that thread after all, so we can go ahead and troubleshoot here if you’d like.
When you do the test post, can you share a snippet of the content from the email? Any unique sentence would be fine.
