Posting video using Posterous

  Is it possible to post a video using Posterous to a WordPress.com blog? If so, how/what settings need to be in place?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  So presumably I just need to get the HTML embed code from YouTube (or wherever) and include that in my post? Is there anything else I need to enable or should that be enough?
