Posting Video Without IFrames

  I am getting ready to launch an entertainment blog, and discovered the iframe restriction trying to post a particular video from NBC’s site. I may want to post video from that site frequently, and I was wondering if there were a way to post it without using iframes. I’m asking for this post and for possible future posts.
