Posting Videopress video to Facebook

  Is there any way to easily post video I’ve uploaded through Videopress to my Facebook account?

  If not, is it possible for me to somehow download my own video from Videopress so that I can post it separately to Facebook? I’m away from home, so I don’t have access to the original video file.

  @hopehunt — if you post a link in facebook with a VideoPress video in it, facebook should show a thumnail and the video playback.

  You can also go into your WordPress.com dashboard and under Media click “edit” for the video, and you’ll see a “File URL” with your uploaded video that you can grab.

  Thanks raanan, I actually tried that and facebook doesn’t seem to show the thumbnail or allow it to be played “embedded” on facebook — it just posts as a regular link unfortunately. I’ve tried it using the “embed” code on the videopress video, and i’ve tried it using the “file URL” – no luck unfortunately.
