Your new format is somewhat mystifying. Is there a tutorial specifically for adding videos. I see how to add images but I cannot access my videos in Windows photos

I’m on a PC loaded with windows 10 and running FF44. and I don’t have any such issues. Make sure you are running an upgrade browser version found here http://browsehappy.com
When there is only a link and no video displayed, and you are embedding a video from a source that is supported by wordpress.com, that’s on you. Go to the relevant video troubleshooting section (example below) and you will find your solution.
The video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required are found here.

Note to post your own videos requires a videopress upgrade unless they are on youtube or another source site that is supported and the videopress support doc location is https://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/

Does this mean I have to buy the Premium package to be able to load videos I have taken with my camera? Thanks for your help
