Posting videos on my blog

  Hi! I’ve posted a video on my blog and when I click on it, half of the movie doesn’t show up. I think I uploaded it at a huge size. Can you please help me upload it so the screen is showing up on my blog correctly? It also posted as a link, I would rather people can just press play and they can watch the video on my blog site and not get directed somewhere else. I have already bought the videopress upgrade and i still can not watch the playback directly within my blog.

  Hi there,

  It appears that there was an error on your video. If you go to your Media Library and then click on your image, there is a message there regarding the file. Specifically it says:

  Error
  Your uploaded video is encoded incorrectly: we are unable to process it. Please try using a standard format (.avi, .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .mpg), or different encoding software.

  Since you were already using a .mov format, you should use a different encoding software to process your video. Since it’s such a large video, it may have just gotten corrupted during the upload process and you may want to try it again, however if this happens again, you may want to try re-saving your video using a video editing program such as iMovie and trying again.
