Posting with a pic from my iphone

  Starting my blog with posting & want to upload a pic from my iPhone. I uploaded the iOS thingy (app) but its still coming up with the same prompt not allowing me. Do I need to go through my WordPress app instead? If so do I need to set up a new account?
