Posting Word doc blogs

  I have files in word that I am converting into a blog on WordPress. When I upload the files, all I get is a link to the actual file. It does not post my blog at all. When I copy the information from the file and paste it into the writing tool, I loose all my sidebars and images.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
