  This site, thelifestylewithdrea.com, is not hosted with WordPress.com, but rather with Hostgator. For help with this site you will want to post at https://wordpress.org/support/ as it is a self hosted WordPress site. These sites use the installation of WordPress.

  At WordPress.com we only have access to the sites that are hosted with us. I’m not able to troubleshoot this site since it is hosted with Hostgator and using the installation of WordPress.
