  Hi there,

  I’d be happy to see if I can help you out! Please refer to the following link for more info: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/. Just scroll to the bottom of the page and under Create Sub-Pages / Page Order you will find some relevant info. Also, you can only add sub-pages to other pages; you cannot add posts to specific pages.

  Yes you can create categories for blog posts. Category Pages are created automatically when you do that. You can add selected Category pages to your menu. Read about it:
