  How do I limit the number of posts on my page. Right now I have about 10 showing and I would like to have two. Also how do I create a featured article?

  Hi Katelyn,

  You can change the amount of posts that appear on your posts page via your Dashboard -> Reading Settings page:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/reading-settings/

  Regarding creating a featured post, that depends on the theme that you’re using. Pilcrow doesn’t have an option for featured posts, but you can mark a post as sticky by following this guide:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts/

  You can also add a featured image to your post by following this guide:
