Hi there. I quickly visited your site. The post dated 24 May ends with the phrase: “clear headed for the appointment.” Is that where it should end? If not, it could be that an earlier version got published by mistake. Just go back and edit that post. Check if there are perhaps multiple revisions: There will be a box titled “Revisions” showing date and time stamps for each revision. If you can’t see it, click on “Screen Options” at the top and make sure the box next to Revisions is ticked, then check again. Select the revision that contains the correct version of the post and click Update (the blue button).
I also notice your Posts page does not display any posts. Go to Settings ->Reading in your dashboard (where you selected your static home page) and make sure that the page titled “Posts” is selected next to the heading “Posts Page”. Save at the bottom of the screen and that should also be fixed.

No problem :)
To have a static “Home” page with a separate page displaying all your posts, follow the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
