Posts again not showing up in Reader

  Hi there,

  Sorry to bother you again with this but I’m once again encountering the issue that my last two posts are not showing up in the WordPress Reader. I understand that there can be delays for self-hosted sites but more than one week seems a bit long, none of my followers will scroll back that far. It only happens with my former WordPress.com site http://olaswelt.com, for my other self-hosted WordPress site http://daviocious.com the posts always show up fine, a few minutes after publishing. And until recently, this also worked for my old site, at least for about 2 months and I haven’t changed anything.

  I read somewhere this could be a problem with JetPack so I disconnected/connected, then removed and reinstalled yet. Doesn’t seem to make any difference.

  Could you check and advise, please?

  Hello again,

  I think my feed is broken again :( A post from yesterday has still not shown up in the news feed and this time, I didn’t want to wait several days again. Any idea why this keeps happening or what I could do at my end to avoid it in the future?

  I don’t think it’s the categories. Most of the time I use the same category ‘Fotografie’ and lately also ‘Analoge Fotografie’. At first, I thought I could have been a problem with the latter, as it is two words, but the problem with post not showing in the reader appeared first for a normal post in the former category while the next post, two days later, and two more for the latter category showed up fine. But then, the latest post that didn’t show was also in the ‘Analoge Fotografie’ category.

  As for the tags, the first post that didn’t show up properly back in early July is the only one with the tag ‘social media’. The second post that didn’t show had a couple of new tags e.g. ‘Fuji Instax Mini’, Sofortbild’, ‘Burgas’ and ‘Instantfilm’. And for the latest trouble maker I added the tags ‘Blaudruck’ and ‘Cyanotypie’. So, thinking of this, maybe I’m most likely to run into problems with the reader when I add new tags instead of using the ones I’ve used before.
