Posts and Pages not Visable on Self Hosted Admin Panel

    Today I have discovered that I cannot see/make or edit posts and pages in the admin panel on my self hosted blog. Although it says that there are 341 published posts and 53 in drafts it still shows as no posts found in the table, this is the same for pages. The posts are still visible through the url
