posts and photos in top down order

  I want my posts and photos in a top down order. Now they are bottom up. Can I change it?

  What is the address of your blog, and what do you mean top down order? Newest at the top or oldest at the top?

  I want the oldest on top and then every new one underneath.

  There is no way to easily do that at wordpress.COM. Basically the only way is to change the date on each post so that the newer ones you post have an older date than the next one up.
