Posts appearing, then not appearing?

  Can anyone tell me why a post I put will appear under various categories I have it under while I am logged in then when I return to the same list logged out my post isn’t there in any of the same places. Is this a technology glitch, my computer or a standard feature?

  Could you give us a specific example, with links? Can’t make much progress otherwise.
