Posts are left justified when drafted; Appear Centered on home page?

    I draft my posts with left justify, but they are showing up centered on my home page. Also, the text is showing up italic though I’ve selected regular styling in the editor. I’ve searched in my CSS, but can’t seem to locate the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here’s the blog:
