Posts are not appearing after pressing publish

  Did a post , pressed published & it “disappeared”. Instead of saying published , it said saved, & it does not appear in Saved either…its gone!

  I had a similar problem a few minutes ago when I tried to post 2 entries; first it took a long time to try to publish, then they disappeared; the comments appeared in my moderators que and I saw that they were my posts (like 20 seconds after I hit publish key) and the held comments were from 2 dif Planet.com folks with my comments like they had posted the messages. I looged out to check their website and see what was going on–then went back to my blog and Voila! my posts were showing published like they should be. Is Planet.com hacking WordPress?

  I think some body is hacking wordpress
  I did post and then pressde published key
  does not get published
  I tried sevaral times it does not work today since morning of march 8,08 time 9am usa pt.
  it says “post saved” and ” view post”
  when i click ” view post”
  it says page not found
  please any body help

  No, I don’t think anyone is hacking WordPress. They are definitely having server issues, though. You can see from the threads on the front page of the forum that many people are reporting identical problems.

  It isn’t wordpress being hacked. As raincoaster suggests, there might be some issues. Staff are monitoring the forums and will fix it if it isn’t working correctly. What if you logout, clear your browser cache and login again?

  Seems like on weekends there’s always some problem (i’m having the “view my recent post” problem as well). Guess we’ll all have to wait it out.
