Will you please check out the reasons for non-appearance here?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-posts If you have assigned too many Categories/Tags to your posts, then you need to edit and delete. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/ After removal note it may take several days for your posts to begin displaying there.If none of those apply then please provide the URLs of these missing posts as I tagged this thread for Staff help. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Perhaps my blog being flagged as mature (maybe I did it myself by mistake). I of course will delete some tags.

You do not need to delete any Categories or Tags as your are under the combined limit of 15. Please just wait for Staff to help you knowing they can confirm if your blog is set to “mature” or not and remove the said designation if required, while they are at it.

@timethief, thanks for the link to #missing points, I had the same question. So if 15 total tags and categories can be used, is there a limit to categories? So for example, are 5 categories and 5 tags ok?
I also use the same word as a category and tag. For example, if “travel” is both a category and tag, will this be a problem? Does “travel” get counted twice or once?
