Posts are showing up fully instead of using featured text

  Hey! I installed the Nucleare theme very recently, but unlike the demonstrated site, the whole of my posts are showing, instead of the featured first paragraph which you then click ‘Read More’ to expand.
  I don’t know if that’s just because the actual site and the demonstrated site are different, or if I am doing something wrong.
  I’m sorry, I hope that makes sense! I am using the free version of WordPress.
