posts arent being shown on my page

  I have a static home page and a blog page but what is confusing me is that mi posts are showing only on the blog page and there is nothing to be displayed on my home page yet i would like them to be there.

  How can i add them to my home page?

  Secondly,mi posts on my blog page are in full and yet i want them to be summarised so that someone has to click on the post title to read the full post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello waikam

  First of all, you probably have set the “Front Page” of you blog to be the page called “Home”, and this page is empty.

  1. If you like, you can change this option at Settings > Reading

  2. You have to insert some content at the “Home” page, you can find it at your Pages menu

  About post summarizing, in wordpress its called excerpts, and there is 2 ways of achieving what you want:

  1. Using the “More Tag”, read here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/

  2. Filling the Excerpt Field (only works on themes that supports it): https://en.support.wordpress.com/excerpts/
  The excerpts may also be found at “edit post pages”, but you will probably have to set your “Screen Options” to make it visible in the editor
