"Posts " Aren't Populating on Homepage…

    Hello-
    Why is it when I go to my homepage I’m able to see my about page, but not my new post? I can only get to my new post by a direct link??

    Hi there. You probably set it up so your home page is a static page without specifying a page for posts. Go to Settings->Reading in the dashboard. The very first option is “Front page displays”. To have your posts appear on the home page, select “Your latest posts” and save your settings.

    If you want to have a static front page, you need to create a different page for your posts, which you can then specify next to Posts Page in those settings. Full instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
