Posts aren’t showing in the correct categories

I’ve searched the forums before and tried everything I’ve read, and my blog posts still aren’t showing up under the correct categories. I only have two blog posts at the moment, and they both show up regardless of the categories each are under. I’m not sure what to do now.
As you can see, even if you choose the herbalism category, both come up:
https://www.theariannabradford.com/category/herbalism/
Same with if you use the writing category:
https://www.theariannabradford.com/category/writing/
I’ve tried adding these categories to the menu in multiple different ways, removing the categories and re-adding them…I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here. Any help would be highly appreciated.

=Never mind. Turns out the theme I’m using is busted or something and won’t allow the change. So I guess I’d better find a new theme to use.
