Posts Cards not working

Hi. When I use the posts cards to display my posts it looks fine on the wp-admin site, but when I go to the live site in a different browser the posts are stretched and distorted so theres a huge grey space underneath the photos. How do I fix pls and thanks?

That sounds frustrating.
Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Hostgator. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
