  Hi,
  All my posts have been deleted and when I press on the link of my site I get an error message that reads: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
  Could you please help me restore my posts?

  Let’s dig into that. I’m not seeing any recently canceled upgrades that would be causing you to see that error.

  Can you clarify the URL of the site you are trying to access?

  I am actually trying to get the personal plan but WordPress shows all the prices in HKD and I am not able to make the payments from my Indian Bank account. Is there a way to change the plans to INR?

  Is this for https://innerzealout.com/? The address, https://innerzealoutdotblog.wpcomstaging.com/ that you gave before, doesn’t exist – that address stopped existing when you downgraded your site to the free plan in October last year.

  I can see one trashed post on that site at https://wordpress.com/posts/trashed/innerzealout.com. Based on the site logs, that is the only post that has recently been deleted from that site. If the posts you’re looking for were deleted more than 30 days ago, they will no longer appear in the Trash folder, and it will no longer be possible to restore them.
