Posts disappeared after 1 day
-
I’ve been posting a lot of separate articles, but already, just one day after posting them, some are not showing on the right hand menu.
I want every single one to be listed, or nobody can find them. How can I do this, please? Have looked all over the admin. pages and cannot find a way.
Thanks
Helena

Hi there. The area on the right is not a menu, but a sidebar intended for widgets, small apps you can install on your blog to enhance the content contained in your posts and pages. The widget listing your posts is titled the Recent Posts widget. That’s because it only lists the most recent posts. You can increase the number of posts shown there, but only up to a point. You do that under Appearance ->Widgets in the dashboard.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-posts-widget/If you want an index of every single post on your site, the sidebar is not the place to do it. You’ll end up with a sidebar that goes on forever, and that will actually drive people away from your site as it will take forever to load.
For an index of all your posts, rather create a new page, and use the Archives shortcode on that page to display a list of all posts that people can use to find older posts.
