Posts Disappearing

I created a drop-down menu for my site with multiple blog pages so that my posts could be categorized. I tried making a post, and it didn’t show up in ANY of the pages. I couldn’t find it on my site at all.
I tried adding categories, but it doesn’t seem to let you categorize menu items.
Is there a way to make my drop-down menu/posts/pages work? Or even better, is there a way to make my posts page like this site’s? https://azaleassite.wixsite.com/unofficialfandom/posts -

From what I can see, what you have added to your menu are pages and what you were actually looking for, are categories:
You’ll want to add the correct categories to the desired blog posts and they will appear under each category page. Here’s more information about it:

Itried making a post, but now the category has a really ugly Category: Site News at the top. Is there any way to change that? (Please say there is…)

So, yes, there is a way to remove that Category title, but it requires CSS which is a part of THe Premium and Business Plans:
