Posts disappearing! Help!

Twice now, I have toiled for hours over a blog post, even saving the drafts along the way, only to have the entire post (photos and text) disappear as soon as I hit “Publish,” leaving only the title and a blank page. Occasionally I will accidentally find a listing of previously auto-saved versions, but I can find no INTENTIONAL way to access this.
I am about to give up on this site. I am EXTREMELY unhappy and tired of having the site throw away my work. Where does it go?

We have information on how you can intentionally access the post revisions in our support docs. Content shouldn’t disappear when clicking publish though.
Is this still happening for you? If so, are you pasting in content from Word or from another application?

No, I type directly into the WP window. If I post text only, all is well. As soon as I upload an image from my computer (third-part-hosted images render fine), either the text disappears at the moment of publishing OR the image simple never renders; it displays a place-holder pernanently. bangaloria.wordpress.com
