  1) how can i change Number of posts display on front page of my wp blog?
  2) after i download theme..how can i use it in wp..

  Is your blog hosted on WordPress.COM? If so, you can change the number of posts via your Dashboard>Settings>Reading>Blog pages show at most and then change the number to whatever you want.

  We can’t download themes to use here at WordPress.COM. You can change your theme via the Dashboard>Design>Themes.
