Posts displaying in entirety instead of snippets

    My front page displays my latest posts, and they are shown in their entirety. I’d really like it if it would just show a snippet and then have a “Read More” button to click to go to the whole post (or expand on the same page). That way visitors could quickly scroll to see what kinds of things I post.

    My active theme is Twenty Fourteen. Any help would be appreciated!

    Because you have a self-hosted WordPress site, we won’t be able to do a lot of troubleshooting for you here. We focus on sites hosted on WordPress.com

    You’ll be better served at the WordPress.org forms or the specific forum for the Twenty Fourteen theme.
