Posts don’t load on WordPress app

    I downloaded the WordPress app. Post and media don’t load. I understand from other posts on the WordPress for that Jetpack may be an issue. On my MacBook, I don’t see Jetpack as a plug-in. But on the app, it says “powered by jet pack” and keeps trying to prompt me to switch to jet pack. I tried offloading the app and reinstalled it and the issue wasn’t resolved. Help appreciated.
