  Is it possible to create a page where the public can post on my blog http://thentrepreneurblog.wordpress.com/ such that i (the admin) doesn’t have to post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You might look into plugins for a self-hosted (WordPress.org) WordPress site. There may be options out there that would allow you to do that.
