Posts from wordpress site not publishing to facebook

  Hello,

  I have gone through the steps of connecting our website to our facebook page, however, our posts are still not feeding to facebook. Everything looks connected, except when I am inside a post and creating or editing it, the toggle button on the right side still is disabled and I cannot switch it on. What am I doing wrong?

  Hi Rosalind,

  The Facebook connection will only be available for new posts you publish on your site. It cannot be used to share posts on your site that was published before you made the connection – those will have to be shared manually.

  If you have published a new post and it failed to publicize, please give us the link to the specific post and we can check why it didn’t get shared.
