  That site is not a wordpress.COM hosted site. Have you read the setup instructions for the Posts I Like Widget at https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/posts-i-like-widget/?

  The Posts I Like Widget allows you to list the most recent posts that you have ‘Liked’ on WordPress.com so that you can help your readers discover more good posts.
