"Posts I Like" widget not working

  Using theme Selecta – the Posts I Like widget is not working for me, even though I have liked many posts. Is there a fix I can implement? Thanks in advance.

  Just as a follow up – I tried clearing the cache and it didn’t help.

  Does the widget display the posts you clicked the like button on when you are logged into WordPress.com, but not display them when you are logged out of WordPress.com?

  Well as of this morning it didn’t display at all, whether I was logged in or not. I just re-tested and it displays when I am logged in, but when logged out it displays “You have not recently liked any posts. Once you do, this Posts I Like widget will display them.”

  Is this supposed to only work for people who are logged in?

  disregard last i got my answer in another post. i will no longer be using this widget as i though it would display to visitors as well as logged in users. thanks for the prompt response.

  the posts i like widget displays the posts i clicked the like button on when i am logged into WordPress.com, but does not display them when i am logged out of WordPress.com …
  i have tried reloading it and rebuilding the list a few times from scratch and it’s still doing the same thing …
  anyone know of a fix as i would love o use this widget? …
  any help would be greatly appreciated …

  That is the intended bbahvior as it’s an in-house feature for the use of logged-in WordPress.com members only.

  ahh, my bad, i thought it would be for all viewers…

  The “Posts I Like Widget” it is a cool tool however it would be much better if while clicking on the link it would open in another page and not on ours taking readers away from our blog. Just an opinion…
