  how do i keep the number of posts in that category like google(3),tricks(4) in this google and tricks are categories in which they 3 and 4 posts respectively like the in http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/

  If you go to Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard and choose the options on the Categories widget you can choose to show the post counts:
