Posts in dashboard view appearing one letter at a time

When I click on posts>posts on the dashboard, my posts appear as one letter wide, in a very very long one-letter-wide column. This is happening on my new blog called Reflections at bobbieharvey.wordpress.com as well.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
