  All my posts appear so chaotic ,
  when I create page , I can connect it with “relative to”
  so it comes with a drop menu , right ?
  but
  when I make a post , there is no direction for it ,
  it just drops anywhere ….
  I like that on my front page appear the latest post ,
  but I want to have it classified with in a specific page as well

  I have been true all settings and options regarding new post
  and none of them address that issue .

  You have only one post. You have assigned it to two categories which are visible in the category widget in your sidebar. When one clicks either category, your post appears in a category page either titled
  Category Archives: EURUSD
  or
  Category Archives: Forex

  If you want those category pages (or other future categories) to appear in your navigation bar on top, then you need to make a custom menu with links to your category pages:
