  How can I add posts under specific menus I have created?

  Hi there!

  I think that it would be best if you created category pages.
  This is how they work:

  1. You create a category under https://wordpress.com/settings/writing/joeokoh.home.blog – click the Categories button on that page!
  2. This automatically creates a page for that category. The link looks like this:
  https://joeokoh.home.blog/category/category-name
  3. You create a blog post, and assign it to that category in the post settings, as shown in this image:
  
  4. You publish the post and it automatically appears on the category page
