  Could someone tell me, please, why when I click my post’s link on Twitter it sometimes brings up up my dashboard. It doesn’t always happen. It’s frustrating. Is that happening to people who view my Posts?

Log out of wordpress.COM, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then when you click the links on Twitter you will get the same result that others get.
