  Dear Sirs,

  I have published today many post. However, two of them were lost, I don’t know why and neither how. So, I tried publish these two losts posts again, because I had them in a file in my computer. But, again the posts were losts. What happens?

  Where exactly are you publishing these posts from?

  The Visual editor tab, HTML editor tab, or an app?

  Well, I don’t know what about your question, but I have published all post using the wordpress.com application, I think at the Visual editor tab.

  What kind of emails did you receive for the posts? Subscription emails?

  Also, could you please tell us the titles of the posts?

  It looks like the email you got was just a recommendation for a post that you published earlier.

  Unfortunately, I can’t say what happened to the posts earlier. There are a few in your Trash, but neither look quite right.

  So, neither I, Both posts were not deleted. They simply disapeared! And curiously twice. Before they disapear for the second time I have sent them to my email from the page of my blog. The problem now is where is the trust? Can I trust wordpress.com? Who ensure my posts? So, now I have to monitore always my posts and mantain theis copies to restore them eventually.

  I would like to say that you can trust us, but I can understand the concern.

  You might want to say your posts as drafts frequently while writing them.

  Thank you for the hear me and have given the hint. I will take precaution and save the draft. I hope get a solution.
